A 52-year-old Florida woman, Latrance Battle, is facing charges after allegedly impersonating an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent to kidnap her ex-boyfriend's wife. The incident occurred on April 11th at a hotel where the victim worked. Battle reportedly claimed she was there to detain the woman, who was in the process of obtaining US residency.
According to authorities, the victim followed Battle, believing she was a law enforcement official. Battle was allegedly wearing a black shirt with "ICE" printed on it, presented a sheriff's office business card, and carried a hand-held radio. She instructed the woman to accompany her, and they both entered Battle's vehicle.
During the drive to an undisclosed location, Battle confiscated the victim's phone, preventing her from contacting her lawyer and husband. The victim's suspicions were aroused when they arrived at an apartment complex instead of a law enforcement facility. Battle allegedly stated that the victim needed to "suffer the consequences of her husband's actions."
While Battle went inside the apartment, the victim seized the opportunity to escape and sought help from a neighbor to contact law enforcement. Battle then attempted to flee the state, heading towards Alabama, but officials later apprehended her in Fountain, Florida.
Battle has been charged with multiple felonies, including kidnapping in the commission of a felony, robbery by sudden snatching, impersonating law enforcement in the commission of a felony, and felony violation of probation. Footage of the arrest shows an officer approaching Battle's vehicle, demanding she open the door. When she refused, the officer opened the driver's side door, instructed her to exit with her hands behind her back, and subsequently handcuffed her.

This woman is clearly unhinged. That's pure revenge, twisted and dangerous.
