- Harbour Phase (November 10-12): This phase focuses on operational planning sessions, coordination meetings, and discussions on communication protocols. It also includes familiarisation visits and sports fixtures to foster camaraderie among sailors.
- Sea Phase (November 13-17): During this phase, warships and aircraft will engage in a variety of tactical training events. These will include joint fleet operations, anti-submarine warfare, gunnery serials, and flying operations.
The drills aim to boost combat readiness, technical cooperation, and information sharing among the member navies.

The INS Sahyadri (F49) is the third ship of the Shivalik-class (Project 17) of stealth multi-role frigates. Built by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) in Mumbai, it was commissioned in 2012. The vessel is equipped with advanced stealth technology, sophisticated sensors, and multi-role combat systems capable of engaging threats from air, surface, and underwater domains.
