It's a devastating loss of life, and my heart goes out to the family. However, it raises serious questions about why a pedestrian was on a motorway in the first place.

My deepest sympathies to the deceased's family. It's important the investigation is thorough, but it also makes you wonder about the mental state of someone walking on a high-speed road, or if there was an emergency.

While this is an undeniable tragedy for the individual and their loved ones, we also need to consider the impact on the bus driver and passengers who witnessed such a horrific event. Road safety is a two-way street.

This is truly awful news and a stark reminder of how fragile life is on our roads. While the focus is rightly on the immediate incident, we should also reflect on broader pedestrian safety measures near busy arterial routes.

Why are these accidents always closing major routes? The traffic chaos is unbelievable.
