Navnoor Singh expressed his belief that his father's life could have been preserved had he been transported to a superspeciality hospital located close to the accident site instead of a hospital that was a significant distance of 20 kilometers away and lacked adequate medical facilities. He recounted receiving the distressing news about the incident from a family friend, revealing that both of his parents had been taken to Nulife Hospital in GTB Nagar following the collision.
The accident occurred around 1 or 1:30 pm, involving a BMW driven by a young woman that collided with his parents' motorcycle. Navnoor highlighted his concern over the choice of hospital, mentioning that his father was declared dead shortly after arrival. He noted that immediate death following an accident is uncommon, suggesting that had they been taken to one of the numerous superspeciality hospitals nearby, including AIIMS, his father might have survived. Moreover, Navnoor pointed out that Nulife Hospital is owned by the girl driving the BMW, and noted that the occupants of the BMW only reported minor injuries and were also taken to the same facility.
He described the distressing scene when his mother regained consciousness in the delivery van, where she found her husband lying down. The couple was reportedly headed to their home in Hari Nagar when the collision occurred, after which their motorcycle reportedly struck a nearby bus. Delhi police have stated that eyewitness accounts confirmed that a woman was behind the wheel of the BMW when the accident took place, and following the collision, she and her husband called a taxi to rush the injured victims to the hospital. The police have since seized both the BMW and the motorcycle, while a crime investigation team and the Forensic Science Laboratory have been called to the scene to conduct a thorough examination.

Let's not speculate about motives. We need to wait for all the details and any evidence. A thorough investigation must take place first.

The evidence of the accidents is usually difficult to prove. Jumping to conclusions before the findings are released just contributes to misinformation.

A superspeciality hospital close by could have made all the difference. This is devastating.”

The article is emotionally charged, clearly written from the perspective of a grieving son. We need a more objective account.

The delay in treatment caused by going to the hospital could easily have worsened the condition of the father.
