The concluding stage of the iconic Vuelta cycling race in Spain was terminated unexpectedly when a significant number of pro-Palestine protestors flooded onto the racecourse in Madrid. As cyclists approached the city, demonstrators dismantled barriers and showcased banners with messages condemning actions in Israel, prompting police to deploy tear gas and utilize batons to manage the crowd.
