Virginia Giuffre’s attorney has made new appeals for investigations into Prince Andrew and several notable figures tied to Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted financier. Earlier this year, the FBI ended its probe into Andrew’s connections with Epstein, who was accused of sex trafficking. Giuffre, who passed away by suicide last April, previously claimed she was compelled by Epstein to engage in sexual activities with Andrew at the age of 17 across different locations, including New York, London, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Despite Andrew consistently denying these allegations, he settled a civil lawsuit with Giuffre for an undisclosed amount without admitting any wrongdoing.
Now, Giuffre’s lawyer, David Boies, who represented her during her legal battle with the Duke, has suggested that Andrew was effectively exonerated in both the U.S. and the U.K. He contends that sufficient evidence exists to justify an inquiry into Andrew’s conduct, which was publicly scrutinized in 2019, leading to his resignation from royal duties. During a discussion on Piers Morgan’s show, Boies indicated that between 10 to 20 men implicated in similar allegations should face prosecutorial review, including Andrew. While he refrained from labeling the Duke a criminal, Boies emphasized that an investigation was warranted given the evidence on record.
Boies expressed frustration over both the American and British legal systems’ apparent inaction, arguing that the lack of investigation leaves the situation even more ambiguous and damaging to reputations. He cited a memo from July indicating that the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice had closed the case without pursuing charges against anyone, citing a lack of credible evidence against high-profile individuals involved.

Lack of credible evidence" is a weak excuse. Deep pockets often protect the guilty.

If the claims are not true, he should be eager to clear his name.

Another attempt to smear the Royal Family. They're running out of avenues.

His resignation from royal duties shows he knew he was in trouble.

The fact that she is dead makes it near impossible to prove anything.
