On August 3, 2025, members of Singapore's floorball team were photographed upon their arrival at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport for the 12th World Games. Their arrival marked the commencement of full operation for arrival and departure services related to the Games.
The Chengdu World Games Official Accreditation Center began operations at midnight on Sunday, initiating clearance services. The Singaporean floorball athletes, numbering 30, arrived early Sunday morning on flight 3U3920, becoming the first athletes to arrive in Chengdu for the event. Accompanying them were five team officials and an International Federation official. Additional groups, including those from Switzerland, were also expected to arrive on the same day.
Chengdu Customs has established dedicated channels for the Games. The Accreditation Center has set up service areas at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, and Chengdu East Railway Station to assist with guidance and inquiries.
Singaporean floorball player Ong Swee Ling, experiencing Chengdu for the first time, praised the smooth and convenient customs clearance and baggage claim process. She expressed her hopes for a successful performance at the World Games and enjoyment during her stay in Chengdu. Coach Tan Yi Ru shared the team's anticipation for the competition, with many members eager to see giant pandas and experience authentic hotpot.
The arrival and departure services for the World Games will continue until August 18, with over 5,000 Games-related personnel anticipated to pass through customs during this period.

The accommodations and services should be prioritized for locals, not tourists or foreign teams.
