Xi highlighted the organization’s journey over the past 24 years, noting its adherence to the Shanghai Spirit and its growth into a strong and dynamic entity with significant vitality.
Furthermore, Xi affirmed that China has consistently prioritized the SCO in its diplomatic relations within the region.
