Prince Harald von Hohenzollern, a member of the German royal House of Hohenzollern, has passed away at the age of 63. He died from a sudden cardiac arrest while in Windhoek, Namibia, where he was working in the diamond industry.
His wife, Princess Josefa von Hohenzollern, 51, announced his death on Instagram. The loss is particularly poignant as it occurred just weeks before the birth of their first child and only nine months after their marriage.
In her Instagram post, Princess Josefa expressed her deep sorrow and shared that she would be taking time away from campaigning and social media to grieve and prepare for the arrival of their child. She requested understanding and thanked people for their condolences and support.
Princess Josefa, a civil servant, was recently running for re-election as mayor of Leonberg. She is reportedly taking a break from her campaign to mourn the loss of her husband. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.

Heartbroken. Right. She'll be back on the campaign trail soon enough.
