Qingdao Hosts New Recruitment Program Targeting Job Seekers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security initiated a new recruitment initiative in Qingdao, Shandong province, on Tuesday. This program is designed to connect job seekers with employment opportunities.

The primary goal of the program is to gather approximately 10 million job postings from various employers within the next 100 days. The initiative is particularly focused on assisting job seekers, with a special emphasis on recent college graduates.

The recruitment program will utilize a combination of online and in-person job fairs. These events will highlight opportunities within growing industries such as artificial intelligence, modern manufacturing, services, and international trade.

In conjunction with the program's launch, an on-site job fair was held in Qingdao on the same day. This event was specifically tailored for college graduates and young individuals. Approximately 240 companies participated, presenting over 4,500 job openings.
