In the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, a Russian drone attack resulted in one fatality and injuries to 14 others. Emergency services responded to fires at apartment buildings, and at least ten drone strikes were reported overnight. Damage was reported to residential buildings, an educational institution, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles.

The Odesa railway station also sustained damage, affecting power lines and rails. Ukraine's air force reported that Russia launched 86 drones in the aerial attack, with 70 being intercepted or lost. Damage was also reported in Kharkiv, a city in northeastern Ukraine.

Ukrainian officials are urging Western allies to increase pressure on Russia to agree to a ceasefire in response to the recent attacks. One official stated that Russia's actions are emboldened by a lack of consequences. Meanwhile, Moscow's defense ministry claimed that Ukraine launched 61 drones at targets within Russia.
