The largest lottery prize in UK history remains unclaimed after the EuroMillions draw on Friday, June 13th. The jackpot for the upcoming Tuesday draw is estimated to be approximately £208 million. If won, this would surpass all previous lottery prizes awarded in the UK.
The total prize money has reached its maximum limit. Consequently, any funds that would have increased the jackpot will now be distributed to winners in the next lower prize tier. This means that players matching five main numbers and one Lucky Star will receive significantly larger prizes.
If no one wins the jackpot after it reaches its cap, it will remain at that value for four more draws. The jackpot must be won in the fifth draw. In this "Must Be Won" draw, if no ticket matches all the winning numbers, the entire jackpot will be distributed to the prize tier with at least one winner, likely those matching five main numbers and one Lucky Star.
In the recent Friday draw, five UK players each won £3.61 million after matching five main numbers and one Lucky Star. The winning EuroMillions numbers were 02, 28, 40, 43, 45, with Lucky Stars 03 and 07. Additionally, 13 UK players became millionaires through a special EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker event.
The HotPicks jackpot, which uses the same numbers as the EuroMillions draw, was not won. Similarly, no one won the Thunderball jackpot. The Thunderball numbers were 01, 02, 24, 33, 39, with the Thunderball number 13.
