Following his marriage to Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has faced accusations of diminishing interest in his African charity, Sentebale. Principal Chief Khoabane Theko, a prominent figure within the Lesotho royal family, has expressed concern that the Duke of Sussex's reduced involvement has negatively impacted the organization's vitality.
Chief Theko noted his disappointment when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle vacationed in Africa without including Lesotho in their itinerary. He highlighted the absence of visits from the Duke since his wedding in 2018, a stark contrast to the frequent trips made between 2010 and 2015.
Chief Theko recalled Prince Harry's initial commitment to Sentebale, emphasizing the Duke's strong connection to Africa and his late mother's passion for the continent. He expressed that the loss of interest has significantly damaged the spirit of Sentebale. The charity, established in Lesotho in 2006, saw both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle step down last month.

It's unfortunate that his royal duties have taken a back seat to his celebrity lifestyle. The people of Lesotho deserve better.

His absence from Sentebale is telling; it's clear where his true priorities lie now.

Harry’s charm isn’t enough. Sending a few tweets isn’t a replacement for hands-on involvement with Sentebale.

I guess the glamour of Hollywood is more appealing than the hard work he signed up for with Sentebale!

I used to admire Harry for his dedication to charity, but now it feels like it's all fallen apart since his marriage.

Prince Harry should have known better than to let his marriage overshadow his dedication to important causes.
