In Singapore, former candidate for the People’s Action Party (PAP) in Aljunied GRC, Victor Lye, along with the party's newcomer Jasmin Lau, was seen engaging in a walkabout at Hougang Village on Sunday morning. They were joined by Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who serves as the anchor minister for Ang Mo Kio GRC, as well as MPs Darryl David and Nadia Samdin, which has led to speculation about their possible inclusion in PAP's lineup for the upcoming election.
During a conversation with reporters, Mr. Lee indicated that the official announcement regarding the Ang Mo Kio team would be made in the near future. He expressed his anticipation of having Lye and Lau join the team, stating, "We look forward to having them with us." He assured that details about their deployment and the GRC lineup would be revealed soon, expressing his delight at the prospect of them staying with the party.

Hope they understand the needs of the working class. They are very far removed from the average Singaporean.

Same script, different cast. Are they prepared to listen to the people, or just to talk at them?

Ang Mo Kio, Hougang... they are all linked. I hope the voters see through this strategy.
