Musk's Livestream Trolled, Sparks Feud with Trump Advisor
Elon Musk's gaming livestream unexpectedly concluded after he was subjected to relentless trolling from other players in the comments section. The livestream was part of a test for his Starlink satellite system, conducted while he played Path of Exile 2 on his private jet.
Despite often boasting about his gaming skills, Musk faced a barrage of insults after losing to the game's first boss. He remained silent for approximately 90 minutes, enduring a stream of threats, personal attacks, and criticisms of his political agenda.
Musk eventually responded to a comment calling him "dumb and ugly" and criticizing his electric vehicle company, Tesla. He then made a derogatory comment about the commenters. During the stream, he listened to a song by his ex-partner, Grimes.
Following the song, one commenter claimed to be an influencer who had given birth to his youngest child and requested child support. Another repeatedly posted messages claiming to be his lost son. After further insults, Musk claimed he had lost connection, his character was defeated in the game, and the stream ended. The stream was later removed from his X account before being uploaded to YouTube.
Outside of gaming, Musk is involved in a dispute with Peter Navarro, a former advisor to Donald Trump. The two have clashed over Trump's tariff policies.
Navarro dismissed Musk's opposition to tariffs, describing Tesla as a "car assembler." Musk responded by calling Navarro a "moron" and stating that Tesla produces the most American-made cars of any automaker. The White House Press Secretary downplayed the insults, suggesting it was just "boys being boys.
