Zion Williamson's Child's Mother Arrested for Stalking and Assault
A Louisiana woman, Ahkeema Love, has been arrested on charges of stalking and damaging the property of a woman romantically involved with NBA player Zion Williamson. Reports indicate that Love is accused of egging the woman's home.
The alleged victim, a 33-year-old woman, reported the incidents to authorities. An assistant district attorney stated in court that Love threw eggs at the woman's home on March 17th. Following the egging, Love allegedly sent threatening messages to the woman via Instagram.
The threatening message reportedly stated, "Don't worry. It's going to be your head next when I drop this baby. Count your days." Love and Williamson share a child, born in March.
Prior to her arrest, Love allegedly returned to the woman's home around 1 a.m. She reportedly entered the home using a key and assaulted the victim, grabbing her hair and punching her in the face. The victim sustained injuries, including lacerations to her eyes, a bump on her head, and torn fingernails.
Love's attorney confirmed in court that his client possessed a key to the woman's home and had no prior history of violence. A judge set Love's bond at $50,000 and ordered her to avoid contact with the victim. She was also ordered to surrender her pistol.
