Noem Joins ICE in Arizona, Vows to Deport Criminal Illegal Immigrants
On Tuesday morning, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem participated in an operation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Arizona law enforcement agents in the Phoenix area. The focus was on apprehending illegal immigrant criminals.
In a video shared on X, Noem was seen holding a gun and stated that she was joining ICE to arrest an individual facing human trafficking charges. She also mentioned participating in an earlier operation that resulted in the arrest of a person wanted for murder. She expressed her appreciation for the daily efforts of law enforcement in keeping America safe.
Noem also posted images of herself with law enforcement officials, including one of her inside an ICE vehicle while wearing a Kevlar vest. She shared pictures of arrests, including two men, one without shoes and the other wearing Crocs. She emphasized that Arizona was safer due to the successful operation and thanked the law enforcement officers. She reiterated the message that those in the country illegally would be found, arrested, and deported.
Since her appointment by President Donald Trump, Noem has taken a direct approach to her role as DHS secretary. She recently visited El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, where numerous migrant criminals were deported. During her tour, she met with alleged gang members. She also delivered a message from the prison to illegal immigrants.
criminal illegal aliens should leave the country. She warned that those who remained would be hunted down, arrested, and potentially incarcerated in the El Salvadorian prison. This approach aligns with President Trump's campaign promises regarding illegal immigration, with the administration actively arresting and deporting criminal illegal migrants.
