Former President Trump has issued a warning to China. He stated that if they do not eliminate their 34% retaliatory tariffs, the United States will impose 50% tariffs and halt all trade negotiations.
Prior to his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, President Trump engaged in a four-way phone call. This call included French President Macron, Egyptian President al-Sisi, and Jordanian King Abdullah. The discussion centered on the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
In other news, Trump, when questioned about pausing tariffs, indicated that such a move is not under consideration. He also mentioned that tariffs on Russia are not being discussed due to the lack of business dealings between the two countries.
Reports from Al Jazeera indicate that an Israeli airstrike on a house west of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip resulted in the deaths of nine people.

He’s not afraid to stand up to anyone, even if it means a trade war.

Glad to see he's calling out China. They've been taking advantage of us for years.

America First! Protecting American jobs by standing firm on tariffs is the right move.
