This gathering was attended by officials from 15 government departments from both nations, underscoring the significance of the discussions.
During the meeting, the ministers expressed their commitment to enhancing economic cooperation between China and Japan. They reaffirmed their intentions to implement key agreements established by their respective leaders, aiming to enrich the economic aspects of their strategic partnership, which is mutually beneficial. The dialogue emphasized the importance of creating a stable and constructive economic and trade relationship that aligns with modern needs.
Concluding the meeting, the two sides reached consensus on 20 critical points regarding collaborative efforts in areas such as green development, environmental protection, elder care services, service trade, food safety, supply chain management, and the protection of intellectual property. They also committed to supporting each other in organizing various events and establishing consultations and discussions at multiple levels. Furthermore, both countries agreed to convene the seventh High-Level Economic Dialogue in China at a suitable time in the future.
