A Message to Separatists and External Forces
The People's Liberation Army (PLA) recently conducted a series of patrols and exercises in the waters and airspace surrounding Taiwan. According to Senior Colonel Wu Qian, a spokesman for the Ministry of National Defense, these operations were intended to serve as a "powerful punishment and deterrence" for "Taiwan independence" separatists and a "stern warning" to external forces interfering in the region.
Wu emphasized that Taiwan is an inseparable part of China's territory and has never been a separate nation. He responded to recent statements by Taiwan leader Lai Ching-te, who claimed that the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are not subordinate to each other and that the mainland is a "foreign hostile force."
The PLA remains committed to the Communist Party of China's policy for resolving the Taiwan question and maintains constant combat readiness. Wu reiterated that the PLA is prepared to fight at any time and defeat any attempt at "Taiwan independence."
In response to concerns raised by Japan about potential Chinese military actions on Taiwan, Wu stressed that Japan has no involvement in the Taiwan issue and should refrain from distorting China's defense policies. He emphasized that adhering to the one-China policy and opposing "Taiwan independence" separatism are crucial for maintaining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.

This is a blatant attempt by China to bully Taiwan into submission. The world should stand up to CCP aggression.

This aggressive posturing from the PLA only increases tensions in the region. China should work towards peaceful solutions.

This is just another example of how the CCP is violating human rights and international law.

Taiwan is its own country. China needs to respect its sovereignty and stop its intimidation tactics.

The PLA has the right to conduct military exercises in its own waters and airspace.
