Galician Paratroopers Destroy a Group of Saboteurs
The 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade received intelligence about the enemy's plans to use the underground communications of the Progress gas pipeline for sabotage activities in the Sudzhansky district. The enemy attempted to follow the Avdiivka operation scenario, using engineering structures to penetrate the territory controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
However, the Galician paratroopers were prepared. They set up an ambush and waited for the enemy to exit the tunnel and gather near the exit. The exit from the pipe was then blocked, making it impossible for the enemy group to evacuate. The paratroopers then destroyed the enemy group, eliminating approximately 80% of the 100 personnel.
