Oleksandr Prokudin, governor of Ukraine's frontline region of Kherson Oblast, believes Russia has "skyrocketed to space" with advancements in military technology and ammunition production, leaving Europe vulnerable.

Prokudin's warning comes amidst a pause in US military aid to Ukraine following a public altercation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. This intervention has thrown diplomatic efforts into chaos, leaving Ukraine feeling unsupported.

Despite the challenges, Prokudin remains resolute. He believes that any deal with Russia would only be a temporary pause and that Europe's armies must prepare for the inevitable next assault. He emphasizes the need for Europe to invest in new technologies like weaponized robots, advanced drones, and battlefield lasers to counter Russia's advancements.

Kherson, a region heavily impacted by the war, serves as a training ground for Russia's military technology. Prokudin urges Europe to wake up and start preparing for the new era of warfare. He believes that if Europe fails to do so, the war zone will soon be much closer to them.
