Elon Musk, the 53-year-old tech billionaire behind SpaceX and numerous other ventures, has subtly implied he welcomed his fourteenth child. His latest child, named Seldon Lycurgus, was revealed by Shivon Zilis, an executive from Musk's brain-computer interface company, Neuralink, on social media. Zilis and Musk already share three children together—twins named Strider and Azure, born in November 2021, and another child named Arcadia, who just celebrated her first birthday. In her message, Zilis fondly described their young son Seldon as "built like a juggernaut" with "a solid heart of gold."
In response to Zilis’s heartfelt post, Musk offered a subtle acknowledgment by simply replying with a heart emoji. This gentle confirmation aligns with Musk's publicly expressed views about having many children; the billionaire has referred to himself as a "pronatalist," advocating the value of large families as a method of combatting what he perceives as a future "population collapse."
This news coincides with other controversies surrounding Musk’s rapidly growing family. Recently, 26-year-old MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair alleged that Musk fathered her now five-month-old child, who she claims would be Musk's thirteenth. St. Clair has filed a lawsuit in New York courts seeking sole custody of the boy, whom court documents label "RSC." She has also demanded a court-ordered paternity test, alleging Musk has had no role in the baby's upbringing. Musk has yet to publicly affirm parentage or respond to St. Clair’s claims but now is legally required to answer the lawsuit by May 29.
X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus. Grimes recently took to social media seeking Musk’s urgent attention regarding a pressing medical issue affecting their child. Her messages suggest Musk has been unresponsive to the situation, warning the medical crisis could lead to a lifelong impairment if not immediately addressed. Grimes also publicly criticized Musk's decision to bring their four-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, to a public press conference alongside former President Donald Trump, asserting it was inappropriate exposure for their young child.
As Musk's seemingly complex family dynamics continue to unfold publicly, the tech entrepreneur finds himself at the center of accusations and custody disputes, prompting increased attention on his role as a father beyond his public business endeavors.
