The United Kingdom is bracing for another round of cold weather, with snow expected to fall in several areas. According to WXCHARTS, snow will begin to fall in Scotland and Sheffield at noon on Monday, February 10th. Snow patches will also be seen in Wales and parts of South West England. Some areas, such as Cumbria, could see up to 3cm of snow per hour, while the South West of England could see around 2cm of snow depth.
By 9pm on Monday, snowfall could be seen in more areas, including London and other parts of South East England. Conditions will become increasingly snowy on Tuesday, February 11th, with many more areas to be affected. Maps show that by 6am, snow will fall from the North of Scotland towards Sheffield, with large parts of Wales and north London seeing snow. Rain is mainly restricted to the east coast, which will see around 0.5mm of rainfall. By 9am, snowfall will be seen in the East of England and the other affected areas.
While some areas will experience snow, others will see rain. Much of the East coast and inland towards Birmingham will see up to 0.5mm of rainfall.
