Colette Marshall, a 44-year-old resident of Perranporth, Cornwall, went missing on February 1, sparking an intensive investigation by the Devon and Cornwall Police. The police released her images to assist in the search, which has drawn widespread attention and support from local communities.
During the search operation, authorities discovered a body near a sewage outlet in an area referred to as Drozskyn. The discovery came after local reports indicated the involvement of a lifeboat, reinforcing the scale of the search effort, which also included ambulance teams, coastguards, and the RNLI.
Local residents had noted that emergency services were present in the nearby village, and these reports were later confirmed by the police when the recovered body was identified near the sewage outlet. This finding marks a serious development in the ongoing investigation into Marshall’s disappearance.

Lifeboats, ambulances, coastguard...all for this? What a waste of resources.
