BJP Wins Delhi Elections, AAP Suffers Major Setback
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has secured a historic victory in the Delhi elections, ending the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) two-term reign in the national capital. The BJP won 48 seats in the 70-member assembly, surpassing the majority mark and securing a two-thirds majority. This marks the BJP's return to power in Delhi after 27 years.
The AAP, which had won 62 seats in the 2020 elections, suffered a major setback, winning only 15 seats this time. Several prominent AAP leaders, including former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, lost their seats. The Congress, which had hoped for a revival in Delhi, failed to win any seats for the third consecutive election.
BJP leader CT Ravi hailed the victory as a testament to the people's trust in the party's leadership. He accused the AAP of being corrupt and said that the people of Delhi had shown their faith in the BJP by decisively voting them into power.
The BJP's victory in Delhi comes months after the party's success in the Maharashtra and Haryana elections, further consolidating its dominance in national politics. The AAP's defeat marks a significant setback for the party, which had emerged as a major force in Delhi politics in recent years. The Congress's continued poor performance raises questions about its future prospects.

This victory tastes bitter. We've chosen experience over progress, a dangerous gamble for Delhi's future.

BJP wins but corruption remains. Delhi deserves better than hate politics and empty promises.
