Air Busan Implements New Safety Measures Following Plane Fire
In response to a recent plane fire, Air Busan has announced new safety measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. These measures include prohibiting passengers from storing power banks in overhead luggage bins and requiring them to keep power banks with them at all times.
The airline's decision follows an investigation into the fire, which is still ongoing. While the cause of the fire has not yet been determined, Air Busan is taking proactive steps to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew.
The new measures will be implemented on trial routes starting Friday, February 4th, before being expanded to all flights. In addition to the power bank restrictions, Air Busan will also be providing additional fire training for its crew and equipping its aircraft with improved fire containment equipment.
These changes are a direct response to the increasing number of incidents involving power banks overheating. By keeping power banks with passengers, any potential issues can be quickly identified and addressed, minimizing the risk of a fire.
Air Busan is committed to the safety of its passengers and crew and is confident that these new measures will further enhance the safety of its flights.

This is just going to make people more likely to sneak their power banks onto the plane.

This is just another example of how airlines are always trying to control us.

This is the worst idea ever. I'm never flying with Air Busan again.

I'm glad they're taking steps to prevent fires. Power banks can be dangerous if they overheat.
