Among the victims were pilot Alan Montoya, copilot Jesús Juárez, and Dr. Raul Meza, who was the chief of neonatology at XE Médica Ambulancia, a Mexican emergency service. The Learjet 55 was carrying a young girl who had just received critical medical treatment and her mother, in addition to two other doctors, when it tragically descended into a busy intersection. This incident not only took the lives of all six passengers aboard but also claimed the life of a person in a nearby vehicle.

In the aftermath of the crash, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker reported that 19 individuals were injured, although these numbers may change as the investigation continues. Authorities are currently analyzing the site for evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
