Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform UK party, has warned Sir Keir Starmer, leader of the Labour Party, not to jeopardize a potential trade deal with the United States by moving closer to the European Union.
Farage's comments come as Prime Minister Boris Johnson prepares to meet with European leaders in Brussels as part of his Brexit "reset." Farage believes that Sir Keir should prioritize America over the EU, especially with Donald Trump's return to the White House.
When asked what Sir Keir should tell European leaders, Farage responded by saying, "Pull yourselves together, get rid of this ridiculous idea of European Union. But he won't do that." He continued by saying that Sir Keir wants to take the UK closer to "a set of economies that are failing, a set of political institutions that are failing."
Farage concluded by saying, "All I would say to Starmer is don't take us back so closely to the EU that you damage our ability to do a trade deal with America, that's my real message.

Farage is a dangerous demagogue who is trying to divide this country. We need to stand up to him and reject his divisive rhetoric.

The UK is a sovereign nation and we should not be taking orders from the EU. We need to take control of our own destiny and forge our own relationships with other countries.

Farage is obsessed with the US and seems to think that the UK's only option is to align itself with them. We should be focusing on building our own economy and having strong relationships with all our partners, not just America.

This is a classic Farage tactic – trying to pit the UK against the EU. He knows that this will appeal to his base, but it's not in the UK's best interests.

Farage is one of the few politicians who is not afraid to tell it like it is. We need more honest and outspoken leaders like him.

I agree with Farage that the UK should prioritize its relationship with the US. America is our closest ally and has been a strong supporter of our country.

Thank you, Nigel Farage, for everything you are doing for the UK. We need more people like you who are willing to stand up for what they believe in.

I'm glad to see that Farage is keeping the pressure on the government to deliver on Brexit. We need to make sure that we leave the EU completely and do not allow ourselves to be dragged back in.
