Meghan Markle.
Carlo Carello, a co-owner of Boujis and an old friend of Prince Harry, stated that "everyone is welcome – except Meghan. I don't like her." He fondly recalled the days when Prince William and Kate Middleton, then known as Kate Middleton, frequented the club, even mentioning that "one of their first dates" took place at Boujis.
Jake Parkinson-Smith, another co-owner, added that Boujis has been "a home away from home for the royals" and "a safe space for them." The original Boujis closed in 2016 but reopened as B London in 2023. The new iteration, entitled Gallery, is expected to open in the coming months.
Gallery will be located near Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's residence, Nottingham Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace, where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle previously lived.
Mr. Parkinson-Smith shared an anecdote from his time at Boujis, recalling how US rapper Missy Elliott brought all her celebrity friends to the club after the MOBO awards. He remarked, "I remember doing a head count and realising there were more A-list stars than staff." Other notable regulars included Prince Harry's cousin, Princess Beatrice, actor Hugh Grant, and singers Charlotte Church and James Blunt.

People are tired of the Meghan saga. Boujis is right to distance themselves from her.

The royal family has enough drama—why add to it by excluding someone?

I admire Meghan for standing up for what she believes in. She deserves support!

She's made her choices, and they haven’t sat well with the British public.

Boujis should be welcoming to everyone! Excluding Meghan feels petty.

This negativity toward Meghan only perpetuates the divide; let’s promote unity!

Just another example of how Meghan's presence turns everything into chaos.

Sounds like the owners have personal issues, not a class issue. Everyone should be welcome.
