Nigel Farage has made it clear that he has no intention of forming an electoral pact with Kemi Badenoch’s Conservative Party, openly expressing his distrust for them. During an appearance on GB News, he articulated his concerns following a keynote speech by Badenoch, wherein she also dismissed the possibility of collaborating with Reform UK. Farage, who recently attended the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump in the United States, noted that Badenoch’s lengthy address failed to deliver a singular, impactful message, suggesting it was full of rhetoric without any concrete proposals.
He reflected on how media outlets chose to highlight different aspects of Badenoch's speech, whether it pertained to immigration or environmental goals, yet he remarked that nothing truly resonated as a clear takeaway. Farage took issue with the Conservative government, particularly its handling of Brexit since 2019, convincing himself that they never genuinely supported the movement. He pointed out that many individuals who voted for the Conservative party during various election cycles felt increasingly disillusioned due to unfulfilled promises regarding immigration policies.
In his critique, Farage emphasized that despite Badenoch acknowledging the party's past errors, the same individuals who have historically been in power continue to influence decisions in Number 10. He underlined the disconnect between electoral promises, such as drastically reducing net migration, and the reality of immigration levels soaring to a million in 2023. Farage's concerns extended to Badenoch as well, noting that while she attempted to express Conservative ideals, the party's internal divisions significantly undermine her leadership potential.

Farage’s tantrums are getting old. He should help instead of criticizing.

Kemi Badenoch talks a good game, but where's the substance? Farage gets it!

Farage's constant complaining does nothing for the country. He's part of the problem.

Farage should focus on his own party's failures instead of bashing others.
