Barcelona's struggles continued on Saturday as they were held to a 1-1 draw at lowly Getafe. The result extends their winless run in La Liga to four matches and leaves them five points adrift of leaders Atletico Madrid.

Jules Kounde gave Barcelona an early lead, finishing off a clever pass from Pedri in the ninth minute. However, their advantage was short-lived as Mauro Arambarri equalized for Getafe just minutes later.

Despite dominating possession, Barcelona struggled to break down a disciplined Getafe defense. Their best chance in the second half fell to substitute Frankie De Jong, but his curling strike was denied by a stunning save from Getafe goalkeeper David Soria.

The draw is another setback for Barcelona in a season marked by inconsistency. They have not won a league game since early December and are now winless in their last four matches.

"I am very frustrated. It's a pity the draw," Kounde told Movistar Plus. "We had control of the game and on one occasion they scored a goal. It's a pity... we have not got it right... We had opportunities but we didn't take them."

Barcelona's next challenge comes in the Champions League against Bayern Munich on Wednesday. They will need to find a way to rediscover their winning form if they want to progress in the competition.
