Callum Ulysses Parslow, a 32-year-old man with a tattoo of Adolf Hitler's signature on his arm, has been sentenced to life in prison for the attempted murder of an asylum seeker. Parslow stabbed Nahom Hagos in the chest and hand at the Pear Tree Inn in Hindlip, Worcestershire, in April 2022.
Parslow claimed the attack was a "form of protest" against small boat crossings. He had written his own "terrorist manifesto" and tried to tweet it before his arrest. In the manifesto, he claimed he "just did my duty to England" by trying to "exterminate" his victim. He also tagged Tommy Robinson and prominent politicians including Sir Keir Starmer, Rishi Sunak, Nigel Farage, and Suella Braverman. However, the message failed to send because he had copied in too many recipients.
Parslow was convicted of attempted murder following a three-week trial at Leicester Crown Court in 2022. He also pleaded guilty to an unconnected sexual offense and two charges of sending electronic communications with intent to cause distress and anxiety.
"You committed a vicious and unprovoked assault on a complete stranger Nahom Hagos who suffered devastating injuries as a result of your violence.

Life in prison is the only acceptable sentence for such a heinous crime. Parslow deserves to face the full consequences of his actions. 😠

Parslow's attempt to use social media to spread his hate should serve as a warning to all of us. We must be vigilant against these online threats. ⚠️

Parslow's life sentence is a just punishment, but it will not erase the pain and trauma caused by his actions. We must continue to work towards a world where such violence is unthinkable. 🙏

It's time for people to wake up and realize that these "refugees" are not who they claim to be! They are a threat to our safety and our future. 🚨
