Cam Fowler Scores Twice in 1,000th Game as Blues Top Blackhawks in Winter Classic

The St. Louis Blues defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 6-2 in the Winter Classic at Wrigley Field on Tuesday. Cam Fowler scored twice in his 1,000th NHL game, and Justin Faulk had a goal and two assists for the Blues.

The Blackhawks have lost five straight games and have been outscored 27-12 during that stretch. Taylor Hall and Tyler Bertuzzi scored for Chicago, while Petr Mrazek made 22 saves.

The Blues jumped out to an early lead when Fowler scored on the power play just 48 seconds into the game. Faulk added a goal in the second period, and Fowler scored again with 2:09 left in the period to make it 5-1.
