Ukraine and China Strengthen Ties

Zelensky made these remarks while accepting credentials from the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador Ma Shengkun in Kyiv.
Zelensky acknowledged the positive development of China-Ukraine relations and expressed his desire to enhance exchanges at all levels. He specifically mentioned deepening cooperation in areas like economy, trade, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
Ambassador Ma Shengkun reiterated China's commitment to viewing and planning the China-Ukraine relationship from a long-term perspective. He emphasized China's willingness to work with Ukraine to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state. This includes deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields and maintaining and developing the relationship for the benefit of both countries.
Ma Shengkun arrived in Ukraine to assume his new post on November 20.
