Sebastian Munoz fired a sizzling 65 to grab the first-round lead at the LIV Golf Singapore event. The Colombian golfer sits at 6-under after 18 holes at Sentosa Golf Club's Serapong course, with a large group of contenders lurking just one shot behind.
Munoz acknowledged the pressure of maintaining the lead, especially in a field as competitive as LIV Golf. "Here it's always go low every day," he said. "Good players behind me, capable, and you know they're going to shoot pretty low. Just keep shooting at the pins, trying to make the putts and hang on."
Among those chasing Munoz are big names like Brooks Koepka, who celebrated his 34th birthday with a hot start, carding five birdies in his first seven holes. Koepka, who feels his putting woes cost him at The Masters, is looking to use this tournament as a tune-up for the upcoming PGA Championship.
LIV Golf's individual points leader, Joaquin Niemann, is also in the mix, two shots off the pace. With a tightly packed leaderboard and plenty of low scores expected over the next three rounds, the LIV Golf Singapore promises to be an exciting battle for the title.

Golfers are overpaid for hitting a ball around a course.
