United Atlantic Ventures, an investment company established by Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, both of whom are former contestants on "The Apprentice," has recently sold most of its shares in Donald Trump’s social media business. According to a regulatory filing made public on Thursday, the firm sold around 7.5 million shares of Trump Media & Technology Group shortly after a lockup period ended on September 19, which had prevented significant shareholders, including Trump, from selling their shares.
Litinsky and Moss were instrumental in founding Trump Media and its primary platform, Truth Social. Their connection to Trump extends back to their participation in the second season of "The Apprentice," a reality television series that played a key role in boosting Trump's public profile prior to his presidential campaign in 2016. With the current stock price hovering around $14 per share, the total value of their remaining equity stake was roughly estimated at $100 million.
