Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge launched a nationwide door-to-door campaign to distribute "Guarantee Cards" outlining 25 party promises. The campaign aims to boost the party's prospects in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

'Nari Nyay' includes providing financial assistance to women from poor families, increasing their representation in government jobs, and improving working conditions for Asha and mid-day meal workers.
'Shramik Nyay' focuses on improving the lives of daily wagers by setting a minimum daily wage of Rs 400 and providing health insurance coverage of Rs 25 lakh. 'Kisan Nyay' aims to provide legal guarantees for Minimum Support Prices, direct transfer of money in case of crop damage, and a new import-export policy that protects farmers' interests.
As part of 'Bhagidhari Nyay,' the Congress pledges to remove the 50% cap on reservations and conduct a caste census to ensure effective implementation of social justice. The party is contesting the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi in alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party and has reached agreements with other parties in various parts of the country.
